Moved the data to a new table so it does not hamper site performance and added some fields to allow for future planned improvements.

After further testing I realized 356 day sales vs transactions was much more beneficial. Simply overwrite catalog/cron_update_bestsellers.php and catalog/admin/stats_products.php and then run the cron_update_bestsellers.php to update.
