The original author intended free shipping for e-gold (this module was based on it, so the code made it here). This has now been removed. Sorry I did not upload this earlier. This module works with MS2 only.

This update automatically sets the gold to default currency rate so you don't have to keep updating it. Its been tested, and the unimplemented hash checking has been taken out.
I have also written automatic currency rate update code which I will post to "auto-currency-rate-update" in features.
