Adding column right control allows you to hide the right column if the user is not logged in and you can control the width of the column when the user is logged in.
In this version I have removed all the if statements in all the files and now have just two if statements one in application_top and column_right. Also added a BOX_WIDTH_RIGHT definition this allows width control of the column_right. So now the column_left and column_right width is independent of each other.
