(No popups in admin that the customers wont see anyway!)

Textfile with detailed instructions only, no confusing files that you can't use anyway!

No visible updates. I've just put everything in the same place in a readable format. Thanks you guys that's done the real job! Added a version number so it's easier to find.

Minor fix in categories.php

this is a minor fix in admin/includes/languages/english/categories.php to make the "large image" title display correctly.

it will take you 30 seconds to complete

I installed this great but simple contribution and I did some bug fixing and improvements. Here is the changelog :

- added french language file categories.php
- image for each product is shown in 3 sizes in /admin/categories.php
- minor bug fix in /admin/categories.php
- added copy product fix by Mark Wilmoth in /admin/categories.php

3 Image Copy Product Fix

3 Images by George Snell has a flaw because if you copy a product as a duplicate, it won't copy the products_mediumimage and products_largeimage values to the new entry in the database. This simple copy & paste routine will fix it.

This has been tested on OSC 2.2 MS2 with 14 Jul 2003 version of 3 Images by George Snell installed.

3 Images Update - complete package

George Snell has offered an excellent little upgrade to the "Sm,Med,and Large Images" contribution, but unfortunately it requires you to COPY OVER his included files instead of just giving step-by-step modification instructions. This means that you cannot install "3 Images" if you have already installed "S,M,L" or if you have made ANY other modifications to your stock OSC installation.

To rectify this, I have written this contribution, which is essentially a re-packaging of George Snell's terrific work, designed for people (like me) who have ALREADY INSTALLED other contributions and therefore cannot just copy over the files in his package.

If you meet the following criteria, this is the contribution for you:

1) I have installed OSCommerce and have subsequently changed files or added other contributions.
2) I have installed the "Sm, Med, and Large Images" contribution (a highly recommended contribution, by the way)

If that describes you, then THIS is the package to download, NOT the original by George Snell. This package simply describes a few extra modifications to make to implement George's ingenious addition without having to overwrite your actual files.

This contribution is an extension of the great work done by George Snell, Christopher Miller, and Matt Lewis. I have installed it on OSC 2.2 MS2 without trouble.

3 Images

The catalog will properly display your images if:
1. You have 1, 2 or 3 images.
2. The large image is missing, the pop up window will display the Medium image, or Small image if that is the only one available.
3.You have at least a small image; you will display an image in the category column, in the product description, and in the pop up window. If you have images optional, and have no image, that's okay too. The products will display with no broken image and no pop up window available.
